Hmm.. this is much different from the first game. I now see some 'natural allies' of powers.. well.. would that harm the game? I don't know, we simply will see, won't we :-))
Now I will randomly assign players to powers the same I did above...

Okay, I rolled the dice again and this is what came out of it:
The first POWER who makes it to 14 (FOURTEEN) centers, is the winner. Yes, you got that right: There will always be TWO players who will win this game. It is for you to decide with which power/collegue you will win this game..
I wan't to give you enough time to diplome your way into the first round, so I will set the first deadline to:
You may issue preliminary orders with 'SET WAIT' so that you can change your orders until the seventh. If I have all your orders before the deadline, and there are NO 'set waits' than I will process the move before the deadline (simply, ain't it? :-)
